Delete your account

Last updated: 21 October 2026

zhealth is operated by Aparajita Tiwary. Sign in to verify ownership and permanently delete your zhealth account and identifiable operational data. The action cannot be undone.

How it works

  1. Sign in with the account you want to remove.
  2. Open Privacy centre and choose Delete my account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm the irreversible request.
  4. The server erases identifiable operational data and ends the session.

What is deleted

  • Your profile, sign-in account and the records in our database that belong to you: readings, food and wellness logs, medicines, device registrations and the Health Connect data you imported into zhealth.
  • The stored recordings of your pulse and HRV captures, in the same request. If storage cannot be reached at that moment, your account is still deleted, you are told how many recording files are still waiting, and we remove the remaining files by hand within a month and confirm by email.

What can remain

  • Numbers that were made anonymous before deletion and can no longer be linked to you. They are used only in aggregate statistics.
  • A record that a deletion was requested and carried out. It holds dates and counts and no health data.
  • Records we are required to keep by law, where one applies.
  • Uploaded lab-report files and overnight sensor recordings are not removed automatically yet. Email us from your account address and we will delete them by hand within a month and confirm by email.
  • Health Connect records owned by other apps stay with those apps.

Deleting from the app takes effect immediately for the database records. Anything we remove by hand is finished within a month of your request. More detail is in the privacy policy.

If you cannot sign in, email aparajita.tiwary57@gmail.com from the account email. We verify ownership before processing a manual request.
