zhealth is a wellness and coaching service operated by Aparajita Tiwary in India. By creating an account or using the app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use zhealth.

Who can use it

zhealth is for adults aged 18 and over. You confirm that you are 18 or older when you sign up.

Wellness, not medical care

zhealth is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Readings from the camera, a wearable or Health Connect, and replies from the assistant, are wellness information. They can be wrong. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional about any health concern, before changing medicines, and get urgent help yourself in an emergency. Never ignore or delay medical advice because of something you read in zhealth.

AI replies

The assistant and some summaries are generated by AI. They are labelled and you can report a reply from the reply itself. They may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Your account and your data

Keep your sign-in secure and give us accurate information. Your data stays yours: how we handle it is in the privacy policy, and you can delete your account at any time from the app or on the account deletion page.

Using the service properly

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, no access to someone else's account or data, no uploading material you have no right to share, and no use of it to harm others.

Changes and availability

We may change or stop a feature, and we will update this page and its date when these terms change in a way that matters. The service is provided as it is; we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
