  • ½ cup rice
  • ½ cup mixed dal (chana, toor, moong)
  • 2 red chillies
  • Ginger, asafoetida
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp oil per adai

Method

    Soak rice and dals 3h; grind coarse with chillies, ginger.

    Add curry leaves, hing, salt.

    Spread thick on a hot tawa.
