Ingredients

  • 3 cups mixed veg (beans, carrot, raw banana, drumstick)
  • ½ cup grated coconut
  • ½ cup curd
  • Green chilli, cumin
  • Curry leaves, coconut oil
  • Turmeric, salt

Method

  1. 1

    Steam veg with turmeric till tender.

    Grind coconut, cumin, chilli to a paste.

  3. 3

    Add paste and curd to veg; simmer gently.

  4. 4

    Finish with curry leaves and raw coconut oil.
