Ingredients
- •3 cups mixed veg (beans, carrot, raw banana, drumstick)
- •½ cup grated coconut
- •½ cup curd
- •Green chilli, cumin
- •Curry leaves, coconut oil
- •Turmeric, salt

Method

Steam veg with turmeric till tender.

Grind coconut, cumin, chilli to a paste.

Add paste and curd to veg; simmer gently.

Finish with curry leaves and raw coconut oil.
