  • 400g okra (bhindi)
  • 1 onion, 1 tomato
  • Turmeric, coriander, amchur
  • Cumin, red chilli
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt

Method

    Sauté sliced okra on high till slime is gone; set aside.

    Cook onion, tomato with spices.

  3. 3

    Return okra; toss to coat.

    Cook 3 min; finish with amchur.
