  • 400g chicken mince
  • 1 tbsp besan (roasted)
  • Ginger-garlic, green chilli
  • Garam masala, coriander
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Mint

Method

    Mix mince with besan, ginger-garlic, chilli, spices.

    Shape onto skewers.

    Grill/bake 220°C for 15 min, turning.
