Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpeas (soaked)
  • 2 onions, 2 tomatoes
  • Chole masala
  • Tea bag (for colour)
  • Ginger-garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil

    Boil chickpeas with a tea bag till soft.

    Cook onion-tomato masala with chole spices.

    Add chickpeas + stock; simmer 20 min.
