Ingredients

  • ¾ cup whole urad dal
  • 2 tbsp rajma
  • 2 tomatoes, ginger-garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp cream
  • Cumin, garam masala
  • Kasuri methi

Method

    Pressure-cook soaked urad and rajma till soft.

    Make a tomato-ginger-garlic base with spices.

    Add lentils; simmer 20 min, mashing lightly.
