- •¾ cup mixed dal (toor, moong, chana, urad, masoor)
- •1 tomato, garlic
- •Cumin, hing, turmeric
- •Red chilli, coriander
- •1 tbsp oil
- •Lemon

Method

Pressure-cook the five dals with turmeric and salt.

Temper cumin, hing, garlic, red chilli in oil.

Add tomato; cook down and pour over dal.
