  • 300g firm fish (basa/surmai)
  • ½ cup hung curd
  • Ginger-garlic, lemon
  • Tandoori masala, chilli
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Chaat masala

Method

    Marinate fish cubes in curd, ginger-garlic, spices, lemon.

    Skewer and bake 220°C for 12–15 min.
