Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice-lentil batter (fermented)
  • 1 cup grated bottle gourd
  • ½ cup curd
  • Ginger-chilli, turmeric
  • Mustard, sesame
  • 1 tbsp oil
veggluten free

Method

    Mix batter with lauki, curd, ginger-chilli, turmeric.

    Temper mustard and sesame; fold in.

    Pour into a greased tin.

    Bake 180°C for 35 min till golden.
