Ingredients

  • 500g chicken (skinless)
  • 2 onions, 2 tomatoes
  • Ginger-garlic, curd
  • Turmeric, chilli, garam masala
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Coriander

Method

    Brown onion; add ginger-garlic and tomato.

    Add spices and a little curd; cook to a masala.

    Add chicken; sear then add water.

    Simmer 20 min till tender; garnish coriander.
