- •500g chicken (skinless)
- •2 onions, 2 tomatoes
- •Ginger-garlic, curd
- •Turmeric, chilli, garam masala
- •1 tbsp oil
- •Coriander

Method

Brown onion; add ginger-garlic and tomato.

Add spices and a little curd; cook to a masala.
