Ingredients

  • 2 cups idli batter
  • ½ cup toor dal
  • 1 cup mixed veg
  • 2 tbsp sambar powder
  • Tamarind, curry leaves
  • Mustard, hing

Method

    Steam idlis 10–12 min.

    Pressure-cook dal; boil veg with sambar powder + tamarind.

    Temper mustard, curry leaves, hing; add to sambar.
