  • 1 cup toor/moong dal
  • 1 tomato
  • Cumin, asafoetida (hing)
  • Turmeric, red chilli
  • Green chilli
  • 1 tsp oil

Method

    Pressure-cook dal with turmeric and salt.

    Temper cumin, hing, red chilli in oil.

    Add tomato; cook down.
