Ingredients

  • 2 cups green peas
  • 2 tomatoes, 8 cashews
  • Green chilli
  • Cumin, asafoetida (hing)
  • Turmeric, garam masala
  • 1 tbsp oil

Method

    Blend tomatoes and cashews to a puree.

    Temper cumin and hing in oil.

    Add puree and spices; cook till thick.

    Add peas and water; simmer 10 min.
