Ingredients

  • 200g paneer
  • 3 tomatoes, 8 cashews
  • Green chilli
  • Cumin, turmeric, garam masala
  • Asafoetida (hing)
  • 1 tbsp oil

Method

    Blend tomatoes and cashews to a puree.

    Temper cumin and hing in oil.

    Add puree and spices; cook till thick.

    Fold in paneer; simmer 5 min.
