- •1.5 cups basmati rice
- •2 cups veg (beans, peas, capsicum)
- •Whole spices (bay, clove, cardamom)
- •Cumin, asafoetida (hing)
- •1 tbsp oil
- •Mint, coriander

Temper whole spices, cumin and hing in oil.
