  • 200g paneer
  • 1 capsicum, 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes, ginger-garlic
  • Kadai masala (coriander, chilli, cumin)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Kasuri methi

Method

    Dry-roast and crush coriander, chilli, cumin.

    Sauté onion, tomato, ginger-garlic; add masala.
