Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour curd
  • 4 tbsp besan
  • Onion for pakoras
  • Turmeric, red chilli
  • Fenugreek seeds, curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp oil
veggluten free

Method

    Whisk curd, besan, turmeric with 3 cups water.

    Simmer 25 min, stirring, till thickened.

    Make besan-onion pakoras; shallow-fry.

  4. 4

    Add pakoras to kadhi; finish with a chilli tempering.
