  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp kasuri methi
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Ajwain, turmeric, chilli
  • Salt, water

    Knead a stiff dough with methi and spices; rest 15 min.

    Roll very thin discs.

    Roast on a tawa, pressing with a cloth till crisp.
