  • 1 cup besan
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 cups water
  • Ginger-chilli, turmeric
  • Mustard, sesame, curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp oil
veggluten free

Method

    Whisk besan, curd, water, turmeric, ginger-chilli.

    Cook on low, stirring, till thick and glossy.

    Spread thin; cool and roll into pinwheels.

    Temper mustard, sesame, curry leaves; pour over.
