Ingredients

  • 2 cups dosa batter
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 1 onion, mustard, curry leaves
  • Turmeric, green chilli, ginger
  • 1 tsp oil per dosa

Method

    Make potato masala: temper mustard, onion, add potato and turmeric.

    Spread batter thin on a hot tawa.

    Drizzle oil; crisp the dosa.
