Ingredients

  • 4 slices whole-grain bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion, coriander
  • Green chilli, turmeric
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 tsp oil

    Beat eggs with chopped onion, chilli, coriander, spices.
