Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup mixed veg (carrot, peas, beans)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 green chilli
  • Salt, turmeric to taste

Method

    Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds and green chilli.

    Add veg and sauté 3–4 min.

    Add oats, 1 cup water, turmeric and salt.

  4. 4

    Cook 4–5 min till creamy. Serve hot.
