Ingredients
- •½ cup rolled oats
- •½ cup mixed veg (carrot, peas, beans)
- •1 tsp oil
- •½ tsp mustard seeds
- •1 green chilli
- •Salt, turmeric to taste

Method

Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds and green chilli.

Add veg and sauté 3–4 min.

Add oats, 1 cup water, turmeric and salt.
