Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups raw peanuts
  • 2 tbsp besan
  • Chilli powder, turmeric
  • Chaat masala, salt
  • 1 tsp oil
vegvegangluten freejain

Method

  1. 1

    Toss peanuts with besan, oil and spices.

    Spread on a tray.

    Roast/air-fry till golden.

  4. 4

    Cool completely for crunch.
