Ingredients

  • 3 cups mixed veg (carrot, beans, peas, cauliflower)
  • 1 onion, 1 tomato
  • Ginger, cumin, turmeric
  • Coriander powder, garam masala
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Coriander

Method

    Temper cumin; sauté onion and ginger.

    Add tomato and spices; cook down.

    Add veg and a little water; cover-cook.
