- •3 cups mixed veg (carrot, beans, peas, cauliflower)
- •1 onion, 1 tomato
- •Ginger, cumin, turmeric
- •Coriander powder, garam masala
- •1 tbsp oil

Method

Temper cumin; sauté onion and ginger.
