Ingredients

  • 1 cup yellow moong dal (soaked 2h)
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 inch ginger
  • Coriander
  • Salt, cumin
  • 1 tsp oil per chilla
veghigh proteingluten free

Method

    Grind soaked dal with chilli, ginger to a batter.

    Add coriander, cumin, salt.

    Spread thin on a hot non-stick tawa.

    Drizzle oil, flip when golden. Serve with chutney.
