Ingredients

  • 400g spinach
  • 200g paneer
  • 1 onion, 1 tomato
  • Ginger-garlic, green chilli
  • Cumin, garam masala
  • 1 tbsp oil

Method

    Blanch spinach; blend to a purée.

    Sauté onion-tomato with ginger-garlic and spices.

    Add spinach purée, simmer 5 min.

    Fold in paneer; serve with roti.
