- •400g spinach
- •200g paneer
- •1 onion, 1 tomato
- •Ginger-garlic, green chilli
- •Cumin, garam masala
- •1 tbsp oil

Blanch spinach; blend to a purée.

Sauté onion-tomato with ginger-garlic and spices.
