Ingredients

  • 250g paneer
  • 3 tomatoes, 8 cashews
  • Ginger-garlic, butter
  • Kashmiri chilli, garam masala
  • Kasuri methi
  • 1 tbsp oil

Method

  1. 1

    Simmer tomatoes, cashews, ginger-garlic; blend smooth.

    Cook the puree with spices and a little butter.

    Add paneer and a splash of water.

    Simmer 5 min; finish with kasuri methi.
