  • 200g paneer
  • 1 capsicum, 1 onion
  • Garlic, ginger, green chilli
  • Tamari, chilli sauce, vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Spring onion

Method

    Lightly pan-sear paneer cubes; set aside.

    Stir-fry garlic, ginger, onion, capsicum on high.

    Add sauces and a splash of water.
