Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 150g paneer (grated)
  • Green chilli, coriander
  • Cumin, garam masala, salt
  • 1 tsp ghee per paratha

    Knead a soft dough; rest 15 min.

    Mix paneer with chilli, coriander, spices.

    Stuff dough balls; roll gently.

    Roast on tawa with a little ghee both sides.
