Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole green moong (soaked 4h)
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 green chillies
  • Cumin, salt
  • 1 onion (to sprinkle)
  • 1 tsp oil per dosa

Method

    Grind soaked moong with ginger, chilli, cumin.

    Spread thin on a hot tawa.

    Sprinkle chopped onion; press lightly.
