Ingredients

  • 2 cups thick poha
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • 1 green chilli
  • Curry leaves, mustard
  • Lemon, turmeric, salt

Method

    Rinse poha, drain, keep aside.

    Temper mustard, curry leaves, peanuts, onion, chilli.

    Add turmeric, salt, then poha; toss gently.
