  • 1 cup ragi flour
  • ¼ cup rice flour
  • 1 onion, chilli, curry leaves
  • Cumin, salt
  • 1 tsp oil per dosa

Method

    Mix flours with water to a thin batter.

    Add onion, chilli, cumin.

    Pour on a hot tawa; spread thin.
