  • 2 cups rajgira (amaranth) flour
  • 2 tbsp boiled mashed potato
  • Hot water
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp oil

Method

    Knead rajgira flour with mashed potato and hot water.

    Roll gently between two sheets.
