- •1.5 cups rava (sooji)
- •1 cup curd
- •Eno fruit salt
- •Grated carrot, ginger, chilli
- •Mustard, curry leaves
- •Salt

Method

Roast rava; cool and mix with curd, carrot, salt.

Temper mustard, curry leaves, ginger, chilli; fold in.

Add Eno and a splash of water; mix gently.
