Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups rava (sooji)
  • 1 cup curd
  • Eno fruit salt
  • Grated carrot, ginger, chilli
  • Mustard, curry leaves
  • Salt

Method

  1. 1

    Roast rava; cool and mix with curd, carrot, salt.

    Temper mustard, curry leaves, ginger, chilli; fold in.

  3. 3

    Add Eno and a splash of water; mix gently.

  4. 4

    Pour into moulds; steam 12 min.
