Ingredients

  • 1 cup sabudana (soaked)
  • 2 boiled potatoes (cubed)
  • ½ cup roasted peanut powder
  • Cumin, green chilli
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Lemon, salt

Method

    Soak sabudana till fluffy; drain well.

    Temper cumin and chilli in oil; add potato.

    Add sabudana, peanut powder, salt.

    Toss on low till translucent; finish with lemon.
