Ingredients

  • 4 cups mustard greens
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 tbsp maize flour
  • Ginger, garlic, green chilli
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt

Method

    Boil mustard greens and spinach till soft.

    Blend coarsely; stir in maize flour.

    Simmer 15 min, stirring.

    Temper ginger-garlic in oil; pour over.
