  • 1.5 cups soya chunks (soaked)
  • 2 onions, 2 tomatoes
  • Ginger-garlic
  • Turmeric, chilli, garam masala
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Coriander

Method

    Boil soya chunks; squeeze dry.

    Make an onion-tomato-ginger-garlic masala with spices.

    Add soya and water; simmer 15 min.
