Ingredients

  • 1 cup soya granules (soaked)
  • ½ cup green peas
  • Onion, tomato, ginger-garlic
  • Cumin, garam masala, chilli
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Coriander

Method

    Sauté onion, ginger-garlic; add tomato and spices.

    Add peas and drained soya granules.

    Add a little water; cook 10 min till dry.
