Ingredients

  • 3 capsicums
  • 150g paneer, 1 boiled potato
  • Onion, ginger, chilli
  • Cumin, garam masala, amchur
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Coriander
veggluten free

Method

    Sauté onion, ginger; add mashed paneer, potato and spices.

    Halve and deseed capsicums.

    Stuff with the filling.

    Bake 200°C for 15 min (or cover-cook on tawa).
