Ingredients

  • 500g chicken drumsticks
  • ½ cup hung curd
  • Ginger-garlic, lemon
  • Tandoori masala, chilli
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Chaat masala

Method

    Slash chicken; marinate in curd, ginger-garlic, spices, lemon.

    Rest 1 hour (or overnight).

    Bake 220°C for 25–30 min, turning once.

    Finish with chaat masala and lemon.
