Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp mixed nuts (almond, cashew)
  • 1 tbsp melon/poppy seeds
  • Cardamom, fennel, pepper
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • Saffron

Method

    Soak and grind nuts, seeds and spices to a paste.

    Whisk the paste into chilled milk.
