  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 cup chopped methi
  • Curd, turmeric, chilli
  • Ajwain, sesame
  • 1 tsp oil per thepla

    Knead flour with methi, curd, spices.

    Roll thin discs.

    Roast on tawa with a little oil both sides.
