  • 250g firm tofu (crumbled)
  • 1 onion, 1 tomato, capsicum
  • Turmeric, cumin, chilli
  • Black salt (kala namak)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Coriander

Method

    Sauté onion, capsicum, tomato.
