  • 200g firm tofu
  • 2 cups mixed veg
  • Garlic, ginger
  • Soy sauce, chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method

    Pan-sear tofu cubes till golden; set aside.

    Stir-fry garlic-ginger and veg on high heat.

    Return tofu; add soy and chilli.
