  • 2 cups dosa batter
  • 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 capsicum
  • Green chilli, coriander
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp oil per uttapam

Method

    Pour a thick round of batter on a hot tawa.

    Scatter chopped veg on top; press in.

    Drizzle oil; cover and cook till base is golden.
