Ingredients

  • ¾ cup daliya (broken wheat)
  • 1 cup mixed veg (peas, beans, capsicum)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Cumin, green chilli
  • Turmeric, salt
  • Coriander

Method

    Dry-roast daliya 2 min till fragrant.

    Temper cumin and chilli in oil; add veg.

  3. 3

    Add daliya, turmeric, salt and 2.5 cups water.

  4. 4

    Pressure-cook 2 whistles; garnish coriander.
