  • 1 cup roasted vermicelli
  • 1 cup mixed veg
  • Mustard, urad dal, curry leaves
  • Onion, ginger, green chilli
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Lemon

Method

    Temper mustard, urad dal, curry leaves.

    Add onion, ginger, veg; sauté 3 min.

    Add 2 cups hot water and salt; boil.

    Stir in vermicelli; cover-cook till fluffy. Finish with lemon.
